SHIPPING & RETURN INFORMATION
We try to ship ordered products out very quickly; however during certain times of the season it could take 2-3 weeks to ship your product. At any point you can contact us to find out what stage we are in with your order.
It is very important to us that you like your product and is what you had in mind. Returns for credit will be accepted up to 30 days after the invoice date. (for the invoice price) All returns must be in new, unused, and unaltered condition upon arrival. We can not accept items that show signs of being used. Include a copy of your invoice, if you no longer have the invoice please provide the following. Name, address, phone number, e-mail, date purchased, reason for return, and if you would like to exchange your product or a refund to the credit/debit card used. Once we have the information we will credit your account within 10-15 business days. Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable
